More than ten (10) years of experience in systems and networks administration, including maintaining and managing workstations, and deploying different product solutions to endpoints. Has extensive working experience with different Cloud Technologies like Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services, and focuses more of the architecture and administration of cloud services like Compute, Storage, Networks, and Security. Skilled problem identifier and troubleshooter, comfortable in managing systems and projects in a range of IT environments. Cloud Operations and Engineering - Designing cloud software and systems to clients and providing recommendations to their cloud solutions; performing some scripting/automation of common tasks executed.
Systems and Networks Administration - Extensive experiences with IT Infrastructure services, particularly Systems and Networks Administration, Virtualization, Active Directory, MS365 and other related Microsoft Technologies, particularly that relates to Workstation/Endpoint Deployments like SCCM, Windows ADK, and Intune's Windows Autopilot.
Cybersecurity - Providing best cybersecurity practices that are aligned to the current security trends and give proper recommendations to clients.

August 2021 - Present
Currently working as a Senior Systems Administrator within the team, and has extensive exposure to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Day-to-day tasks include maintenance of AWS development servers, which includes backups and snapshots, patch maintenance and installation, as well as provisioning of development servers. Also provides technical support for development servers, one that includes troubleshooting and configuration, and also involves platform and third party apps upgrade.
April 2019 - August 2021
Worked as a Cybersecurity Consultant and is currently supporting Active Directory. Managed the AWS/Azure Instances where the Cloud based Active Directory Domain Controllers are hosted, performed daily health check of the instances. Provided client with the best practices in further tightening their current on-premises and cloud infrastructures.
November 2018 - April 2019
Provides Level 2 Technical Support incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware, including printer and telephony systems. Responds to customer queries over the phone or by email. Coordinates with proper escalation support teams for any sitewide outage or issues.

Provides technical and desktop support to colleagues in customer services. Performs all routine IT site support responsibilities to include but not limited to the following: installation, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting PC hardware and software in accordance with WilliamHill and partner specifications.
